Z&S Carpets would like to welcome you. You are presumed to have accepted the terms and conditions specified below by using the Z&S Carpets service.

All products/services and information presented on Z&S Carpets represent an "invitation to offer". Your purchase order represents your "offer," which is subject to the terms and conditions indicated below. Z&S Carpets has the option to decide whether to accept or decline your offer. If you have provided us with a valid email address, we will send you an email as promptly as possible to acknowledge the receipt of your purchase and then send you another email to confirm details and so execute the transaction. Our confirmation of your order will occur upon shipment of the ordered product(s).

Any activity prior to the actual shipping of the product(s) purchased does not imply acceptance of the offer.


According to UAE law, all item prices are subject to 5% VAT.

Z&S Carpets makes every effort to offer correct product and pricing information; but, pricing or typographical mistakes may occur. Z&S Carpets cannot confirm a product's price until you place an order. If a product is displayed at an inaccurate price or with wrong information owing to a pricing or product information error, Z&S Carpets has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the goods have already been sent. If an item is incorrectly priced, Z&S Carpets may either contact you for guidance or cancel your purchase and inform you of this kind of cancellation. Only as long as the product you ordered is dispatched, your offer will be deemed accepted. Otherwise, Z&S Carpets reserves the right to change the price of the product and notify you for further directions using the e-mail address you provided during registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If Z&S Carpets approves your purchase, the amount will be deducted from your credit card account and you will be notified via email that the payment has been completed.

Payment may be made prior to Z&S Carpets' shipment of the purchased product. If we have to cancel an order after processing payment, the amount will be refunded back to the source. No monetary payments will be given under any circumstances.


Throughout the Internet, including the product details page, we offer availability information for items sold by us. We cannot be more detailed regarding availability than what is stated on that page or elsewhere on the Website. When we complete your purchase, we will notify you through email as quickly as possible if any of the goods you ordered are unavailable, and we will reimburse you if you have been paid for those products. Pricing and stock are liable to change at any time without notice.


Please keep in mind that all Z&S Carpets goods are brand new, constructed of high-quality materials, and 100% authentic. It is strongly advised to inspect the package for any visible damage to the items upon delivery. If this occurs, please make a note of it on the Z&S Carpets representative's paperwork and contact our Customer Hotline for help. If the product/s purchased online is not delivered within 2-3 days, Z&S Carpets will contact the client to tell them of the delay and to expect delivery the next day.

Return, Exchange, and Warranty

The goods must be returned within 7 days after purchase, including all original packing materials and attachments. For Exchange and Refund, products must be accompanied by the original sales invoice. If the package has minor soiling or has been opened, and the item is not damaged, unopened, and with no obvious scratches or blemishes, a restocking fee of 35% will be levied. If the package is incomplete, the product is damaged or scratched, there will be no exchange or refund; returned items must be returned with all of the original packaging materials. Refund and exchange policies are only valid for 7 days after purchase, with a 35% restocking charge. The store management will follow the principles outlined above, and their verdict will be considered final. Z&S Carpets has the right to deny a return or exchange and may request identification. Warranty on the Installation

A one-year installation guarantee is included with the purchase of the equipment. Please keep in mind that Z&S Carpets exclusively installs and services goods purchased through the Z&S Carpets website and Z&S Carpets shop. If you have any questions or issues, please contact Customer Support.

Transaction Currency

Our e-commerce portal's standard transaction currency is UAE DIRHAMS (AED). If the customer's credit card is issued by a bank other than one in the UAE, the amount on the credit card bill may alter owing to currency fluctuations.

Modification of Terms & Conditions of Service

Z&S Carpets has the right to change the Terms & Conditions of Use of the site at any time and without previous notice to you. On Z&S Carpets, you may always find the most recent version of the Usage Agreement. You should examine the Z&S Carpets Terms & Conditions on a regular basis. If the updated Terms & Conditions are not acceptable to you, you should stop using the service. However, if you continue to use the service, you will be assumed to have accepted and complied with the site's updated Terms & Conditions of Use.
